Gwyneth Paltrow has put Scarlett Johansson on a diet .
The curvaceous "Lost In Translation" actress star has lost over a stone since she started working out with Gwyneth, her "Iron Man 2" co-star .
It is reported that the pair have daily workouts with Tracy Anderson, Gwyneth's personal trainer. Scarlett is also being very careful with her dietary intake and abstaining from carbohydrates .
It is said that the 24 year old star has decided to slim down due to her concern that she may lose film parts to younger starlets or more attractive actresses .
Scarlett has been quite content with her curves up to now it is said. However, recently she started feeling the pressure to lose quite a few pounds.
She realises that she faces tough competition from younger, better looking and thinner actresses.
In the past, Scarlett has declared that she loves her fuller figure and felt under no pressure whatsoever to take up dieting .
She has gone on record to say: "I don't need to be skinny to be sexy."
