Cherries
Cherries are high in antioxidants which keep the blood clean, as well as keeping blood pressure and cholesterol in check.
They are also high in beta carotene (20 times higher than the level in strawberries and blueberries) for a healthy immune system.
Cherries have high levels of Vitamins C and E, magnesium, potassium, fibre, iron and folate. Thus they can ease the effects of arthritis as well as reduce risk of infections
