Britney is at her healthiest ever. She has no sugar in her diet whatsoever. Britney does not even drink fruit juice or eat fruit because of their sugar content.
She eats just 1,200 calories on a daily basis. A woman is meant to eat 2,000 calories to maintain a healthy weight.
Britney of course does a lot of exercise. She is also a keen dancer and does a lot of dancing for exercise, as well as cardio and some weights for toning. She is a keen exerciser so she exercises five days a week.
