Dried Fruit Muesli

For 4 servings

  • 200g (7oz) porridge oats (use millet flakes if sensitive to gluten)
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) oat bran
  • 60g (2oz) chopped dates
  • 60g (2oz) raisins
  • 60g (2oz) ground flaxseeds
  • 60g (2oz) chopped dried apricots

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Serve with sesame, rice, or almond milk.
