Nutritional Concerns
The National Diet and Nutritional Survey of Young People aged 4-18 years gave a great deal of information on the intake and physical activity levels of youngsters in the UK .
In a seven day recording period, over 50% of young people interviewed had not eaten any leafy green vegetables, like greens, cabbage or broccoli nor citrus fruits, eggs or tomatoes.
