Natural Foods Diet

Natural or whole foods are foods which have had little processing. They include ingredients like refined flours, refined sugars and milled grains.

Honey or maple syrup are used instead of sugar on a natural foods diet. Sea salt is also preferable to table salt herein.

Lunch

  • Spinach Salad (spinach, mushrooms, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cranberries, 4 rice cakes)
  • Apple

Dinner

  • Tofu saute
  • Brown rice
