The diet you choose to eat can make a big difference to how good the sex you have really is. A new book, titled the Orgasmic Diet, attempts to point women in the right direction to having a healthy diet and fully satisfying sex .
Authored by Marrena Lindberg, the book claims that taking plenty of fish oil supplements and eating a balanced diet can help in having orgasmic sex . The book also discusses how to help sex using exercises .
By exercising the pubococcygeus muscles, women can increase their libido. These exercises are known as Kegels. The diet that Lindberg suggests using includes multivitamins, iron and magnesium supplements and a portion of dark chocolate . Lindberg cites fish oil as a key part of a healthy diet for great sex.
Linfberg also pointed to foods to avoid, including stimulants, caffeine, starch and sugary foods, antidepressants, soy and omega-3 fatty acids .
