Red wine aids those who eat high fat diet

According to recent studies, drinking red wine could lower the negative effects of eating a diet high in fat, according to a recent study.

A research team examined the French diet that, although high in fat generally causes lower levels of heart problems than those recorded in the UK. They found that red wine, and the healthy chemicals contained within it, could be the reason.

Resveratrol, one of the chemicals that occurs naturally in red wine, could guard against high-fat diet ill effects and help to stop the heart from ageing. The team examined the effect of resveratrol on mice .
