Losing weight and going on a diet are the subject of much attention and debate, largely because almost all of us will at one stage want to lose weight . With the range of diet-related advice out there, its no surprise that some of it conflicts, and some is downright rubbish.
As well as good advice, several myths about diet endure. Widely believed and misleading, some of these dieting myths could even be dangerous. These dietary myths include such things as skipping breakfast or other meals to lose weight, naturally gaining more weight with age, not eating any carbs to lose weight, eating low-fat foods, exercising every day is necessary to lose weight, and losing weight is simple.
All of these myths, and many more, do not apply in many cases for those looking for a healthy diet . Every bit of diet advice should be analysed and reviewed on an individual basis.
