Diet to Stop Prostate Cancer

You can combat your disease via diet . Claude Garceau did so upon being diagnosed with prostate cancer four years ago.
He has recently been declared clear, without the need for radiation or surgery.
He was diagnosed quite early, aged 48. The majority prostate cancers are slow growing.
Claude ended up at Inspire Health, a Vancouver based nonprofit resource centre which promotes holistic cancer treatments combining conventional and complementary techniques.
Upon attending a few information sessions and researching prostate cancer, Claude ceased eating red meat and dairy products and began drinking tomato juice with tomato sauce every day.
He restricted his coffee and alcohol intake. He had never smoked so that was not an issue to be dealt with. In addition, he began playing squash regularly and took up running, adding a weekly yoga class to his fitness activities.
