The actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, is on a New Year 'cleanse'.

The diet involves a juice cleanse and a diet plan which contains little fat and sugar, a healthy eating plan that is a perfect solution for weight loss .
Named Clean, it has been compiled by Dr Alejandro Junger, a healthy diet and weight loss guru to many.
He recommends two 'tasty' protein shakes for breakfast and dinner, and a lunch which is made up of a combination of prescribed foods.
The prescribed foods include lots of vegetables like kale and salad leaves, chick peas, brown rice and butternut squash.
The website GOOP lists several recipes as per Dr Junger's diet, including pumpkin coconut stew, salmon wraps and a Jamie Oliver salad.
Ms Paltrow went on a cleanse diet last year and is going on another for 2012.
