8. Have Lots of Water to Drink
It is important to drink 6 to 8 glasses (1.2 litres) of water or other fluids daily to ensure we do not get dehydrated.
Should the weather be warm or we exercise, we ought to drink more.
It is best to avoid drinking fizzy and soft drinks because they are high in added sugar.
Even squashes such as Robinsons are useful as they are predominantly water when made up.
