10. Do Not Skip Breakfast
Having a hearty breakfast gives you the energy needed for the day, and a portion of the vitamins and minerals necessary for good health.
Many people skip breakfast as they think it can assist in weight loss. However, this is a myth. Skipping meals does not assist weight loss and is not healthy as we thus avoid intake of essential nutrients.
There is evidence to the contrary which cites that eating breakfast helps with weight loss and control.
So remember to have that bowl of wholegrain cereal, a banana as well as a glass of fruit juice to ensure that healthy start to the day.
