Five Daily Meals

By having five meals on a daily basis, you start to lose weight and do not feel hungry during the day.

A Day off a Week

One day a week means that the dieter can have a break from their diet. This helps to motivate you so you don’t feel like you are trapped in terms of dieting. Such controlled cheating is considered to improve goals.

Exercise

Alicia exercises for 25 minute bursts. Shorter periods of exercise are recommended on the five factor exercise plan rather than spending longer periods of exercise at the gym.

Alicia also jogs and is not an advocate of size zero. She says, “I’m not ashamed of what I am and that I have curves and that I’m thick, I like my body.”

She enjoys running, especially when it is warm. Alicia also appreciates the time alone when jogging, time by herself.
