Angelina advocates portion control for managing her weight. She ate six slight meals on a daily basis for her role as Lara Croft, each one containing a portion of protein and a portion of carbohydrates.


Angelina is a regular when it comes to exercise. She trains with her personal trainer four times per week, focusing on cardio, that is, kickboxing, the treadmill, and push ups. She also does yoga.

Caring for her children takes up a lot of her time and energy.

For “Tomb Raider”, she ate steamed fish, meat, vegetables, no sugar and drank soya milk.
