The Master Cleanse Diet is meant to cleanse the body of any toxins and get rid of any cravings for alcohol, tobacco and drugs. It is also considered to get rid of any craving for wanting to eat junk food, tea, coffee and sugary drinks.

This diet involves drinking just lemonade produced from fresh lime or lemon juice, water, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. There is no intake of solid food whatsoever. This cleanse is normally done for ten days.
