Brandy used to follow a vegan diet. However, she gave it up for the Zone Diet. The Zone Diet is a low calorie diet which states that each meal and snack ought to consist of 40% of calories from carbohydrates, 30% of calories from protein and 30% of calories from fat. This is known as 40:30:30.
Brandy likes to jog to keep fit. She is also into Tae Bo.
