Jones’ diet routine has kept her looking great for decades since she was in the UK TV hit series, “Darling Buds of May” from 1991 to 1993.

Catherine’s diet regime has ensured she looks fantastic. She has been a keen dancer from a young age. That is a major reason why she looks in her element in her film role in “Chicago”.

She has also starred in numerous films like “Traffic” with hubby, Michael Douglas as well as “Ocean’s Twelve”.

Celebrity Diet

After her first pregnancy, Catherine joined Weightwatchers.

Catherine does not like to diet. She eats sensibly and healthily. When she is pregnant she eats “for Wales” as she put it, gaining a substantial 50 pounds.

In order to lose weight, she cuts out carbs after 5 p.m. When she needs to lose weight for her film roles, she cuts out sugar and caffeine from her diet. She has not eaten chips since she was 14 and only drinks skimmed milk.

Celebrity Exercise

Catherine spent half an hour a day doing Pilates and yoga for her role in “Traffic”. She of course loves dancing and has been dancing since she was a young girl.
