Chilli used to be in the girl band TLC that had international renown and success. Today she looks like she did back in the 1990s at the height of the band’s fame.
She still looks lean and fit due to her diet and exercise regime. Chilli is no stranger to keeping fit and in shape as the TLC days demanded a high level of fitness to perform night after night.
Diet
Overall, Chili mainly has a low carb diet and has only organic meats. She uses soya milk and organic butter, brown eggs and Wiltshire Farm sausages, turkey and bacon which contain no nitrates, raw sea salt, sugar and certain spices.
A typical Chilli meal would be a roasted free range chicken and sautéed green beans or roasted turkey, fried bacon and a diced onion, shallow fried together, served on brown rice.
Exercise
Chilli exercises Mondays to Thursdays, 4 days a week with her personal trainer Luis George. On Mondays and Wednesdays she jogs for ~45 minutes and runs 12 sets of 60 yard sprints.
In addition, she does 300-500 reps of ab exercises, including 50 crunches, 50 leg raises and 50 toe touches.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays Chilli does strenuous leg and upper body work including:
- Leg extensions
- Leg presses
- Lunges
- Calf raises
- Push-ups
- Dumbbells
She also takes a daily walk in her neighborhood in the evenings to relax and stretch the muscles she has worked during the day.
She has been quoted to say that when she is on tour, her adrenaline level goes through the roof. However, the above workout makes her want to pass out.
