Drew had been a vegan for many years. Then she decided to eat meat once again.
Drew’s diet is balanced with lots of organic vegetables. She eats a low calorie and low carbohydrate diet. Drew enjoys coffee and allows the occasional treat, like a low fat dessert.
Drew works out 3 or 4 times a week. She likes to dance, jog, swim and do pilates and yoga. Her workout routines are strict otherwise she gets bored.
Should Drew crave something sweet, she has a Diet Coke or low-fat jelly.
