Gwyneth Paltrow ditched her stringent macrobiotic diet plan, which bans dairy, eggs, meat and caffeine upon getting pregnant with her first baby, Apple.
However, after the birth she restarted a more healthy diet plan, however, not one as strict as before. Occasionally she had cheese, or white flour. However, she still remains a firm believer in whole grains and no sugar whatsoever.
Since the birth of her second child in 2006, Gwyneth has stuck to an organic diet. She tries to ensure that she eats nothing that, as she puts it, “drains energy.”
