You will only need a mat and a set of dumbbells and a kitchen chair for these sessions.
As a very general guide, I suggest you start of with a 2 kilo set if you are a woman and a 4 kilo set if you are a man. These can now be bought at places like Tescos or Argos and of course sports shops.
Whether you have a garden that you decide to work out in or your lounge or bedroom, be sure that the area around you is clear of toys or any other objects that you could trip over whilst working out.
You need to be able to lie down flat and imagine a circle at the furthest point when your arms are outstretched to be clear.
