Big breakfast diet for losing weight

According to diet reports from America, a new diet plan known as the ‘big breakfast diet’ could be the key to shedding those pounds. The big breakfast diet has been espoused by Dr. Jakubowicz of the Virginia Commonwealth University for over 15 years as a way to lose weight .
The diet is low in carbs, and serves to boost appetite and slow down the metabolism, according to its creators. The big breakfast diet contains some 1240 calories per day, of which 610 are included in breakfast.
A study of 96 obese women conducted in America found that the big breakfast diet was even more effective than a simple low-carb diet . The diet was found to help lose weight and keep weight off.
