Balanced Diet and Sunscreen Good for the Skin

A new study has put paid to the theory that drinking plenty of water gives you a radiant complexion.
Researchers have discovered that a balanced diet and plenty of sunscreen can be very helpful in maintaining healthy skin.
The Birtish Nutrition Foundation, in the Food For Skin report, emphasises how popular water advice is a general misconception.
Heather Yuregir, the report author, stated: “Just drinking water for the sake of drinking water really has no effect on improving the appearance of skin. It is just a common misconception.”
The health experts claim that vitamins A, B, C and E, which are contained in a range of fruit and vegetables, are key for keeping skin cells healthy.
Those who are fans of the sun ought to try and protect their faces from UV rays to avoid the impact of premature aging and wrinkling.
Fruit and vegetables can keep your skin functioning optimally and keep it looking healthy.
Suncream is especially recommended in order to prevent the signs of aging as such signs are usually caused by sun damage.
The report does not rule out the importance of water, stating that H2O is critical for optimum good health as it accounts for up to 70 per cent of total body weight and performs multiple crucial functions in the body.
The researchers found no scientific proof to confirm that drinking loads of water actually assists in the plumping up and hydration of the skin, leading to any improvement in its appearance.
