Charlotte Church diet is inspiration to new mums

Charlotte Church looks fantastic and that is just a year after having given birth to her second child. She has gone from a size 14 to a minute size eight in the year after her second baby was born in January 2009. She says her diet is down to eating sensibly and exercise. She is not a gym lover or gym goer.
By her Twitter accounts, she has done nothing other than go for long walks and stick to a high protein diet. Walking is an excellent way to exercise for anyone, including young mums.
It does not require great effort. It is cheap and you can push baby around at the same time.
It is ideal to aim to walk at least three times a week for 30 minutes at a time.
Charlotte had also replaced her love for junk food with high protein food. Her sportsman husband Gavin has replaced her penchant for carbohydrates like bread, pasta and chips with protein rich meals.
Therefore, she has been sticking to fish, omelettes, green vegetables and lots of salad.
You do also need to eat a tennis ball size portion of carbohydrates with each meal, which equates to a handful of rice pasta shells or rice, or two slices of bread.
