Adding Lots of Milk to Your Diet Reduces Risk of Heart Disease

Drinking three glasses of milk per day decreases the risk of heart disease by 18 per cent, say researchers.
Wageningen and Harvard University researchers reviewed 17 studies from America, Europe and Japan, and discovered no association between eating regular or low-fat dairy and a heightened risk of heart disease, stroke or mortality.
Dairy and milk are some of the most healthy foods available and are full of natural nutrients, such as calcium, protein and potassium .

An Israeli study which was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition highlighted that an increased dairy calcium intake is associated with increased diet induced weight loss .
