Coleen Nolan offers Vanessa Feltz Diet Advice

Loose Woman, Coleen Nolan, has gone on record to say that Vanessa Feltz’s gastric band is not going to be a long-term solution for weight loss .
Feltz went public last week about having undergone this procedure.
Vanessa is hoping to lose around five stones post surgery.
Coleen considers this action to be less to do with losing weight, but, more to do with confidence.
She congratulates Vanessa for going public and declaring what she has undergone.
It is a pity that she could not lose weight herself. This gastric band procedure will not address Vanessa’s apparent addiction to food. She still will not have answered the question of why she cannot control her food intake.
A band is a short term fix, however, it is not a long-term solution.
Coleen herself has recently stopped her weight after many years of fad dieting.
