Daily food and nutrition intake reports and intake were scored in terms of the value of the food consumed for the health of the individual eating the food .
Foods which had high healthy diet scores were from the recommended levels for fruits, vegetables, grains, meat, fish, eggs, beans, milk, meat and far below the recommended levels for saturated fat, fat , sodium and cholesterol .
