Exercise and Diet Main Employee Objectives

Employees have cited changes to their diet and exercise regimes as their top health objectives in a survey undertaken for wellbeing consultancy Tonic.
On a national tour, Tonic has outlined key ways in which you can enhance your health and wellbeing and it was spurred many participants to make some of those life altering changes.
39 per cent respondents mentioned more exercise as their leading priority, with 22 per cent wanting to eat more healthily.
Other key objectives were to lose weight, improve their work-life balance and manage their stress levels better.
Wellness programmes can enable staff to take apt action, rapidly and effectively, to help them experience the benefits of a healthier lifestyle at once.
