The celebrity has lost five stones by going on a strict diet regime and by undertaking rigorous exercise .
He has gone on record to say that has been going to the gymn six days a week, power walking and living off 1,800 calories per day.
He says he no longer eats pasta, does not indulge in seconds and has the occasional sandwich.
