Three Good Meals a Day Make For a Healthy Diet

A recent study has disclosed that three meals a day make for a healthier diet, than grazing on numerous small meals.

Purdue University, Indiana, researchers highlighted that obese men on low-calorie, high-protein diets were more satisfied and not as hungry as when they consumed small meals three to six times per day.
Lots of people presume that it is better for you to eat small meals more frequently.
The mini meals were not found to control appetite.
The researchers randomly allocated 27 overweight men to eat a high- protein diet or a normal-protein diet for three months.
The men ate their allocated diet in three meals every five hours or in six meals every two hours, for three days at a time. The participants then switched round their eating pattern.
