A new study intimates that adults who have 100 per cent orange juice lean towards a better quality of diet overall.
Adults who drink 100 per cent orange juice have an increased intake of key nutrients and a lower risk of being overweight compared to adults who do not consume 100 per cent orange juice.
Moreover, research highlights that children who drink 100 per cent orange juice have an improved quality of general diet and an increased intake of key nutrients compared to children who do not have 100 per cent orange juice.
Part of this study involved researchers analysing data from the 2003–2006 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Researchers discovered that both adults and children who drink 100 per cent orange juice are more likely to have a healthy diet than those who do not drink 100 per cent orange juice.
