Within six months she has dropped three dress sizes from a buxom Size 18 to a slim Size 12.
She has given up her calorie ridden desserts .
So how has she accomplished this dramatic weight loss?
She has been on a diet and exercise plan called Bodyism Clean and Lean, which is advocated by supermodel Elle Macpherson and actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
This plan is the brainchild of personal trainer and author James Duigan. It means eliminating “toxic” foods which he states poisons the body by clinging on to fat.
All adherents have to leave out the ‘crap’: Duigan’s acronym for Caffeine, Refined sugar, Alcohol and Processed foods.
There are other ways of cooking fresh fish, lean meat and fresh, possibly organic,vegetables .
For snacks, dieters are permitted fresh fruit, raw nuts and avocados. The main part of the diet is Duigan’s Body Brilliance shake, which is a blend of dark green veg, fruit, herbal extracts and probiotics. Drunk every morning, the shake reduces the craving for junk food and enhances the ¬immune system.
Moreover, exercise is something much advocated by Duigan who recommends cardio workouts as well moderate exercise .
