In this study, the researchers controlled the diets of two sets of children diagnosed with ADHD.
When placed on a healthy diet , 78 percent of the children saw their ADHD symptoms decrease. Once processed foods were introduced back into their diets, the symptoms revisited two-thirds of the children.
