Pink reveals mostly vegan diet helped her lose baby weight

Pop singer Pink has revealed a mostly vegan diet has helped her lose most of the baby weight she gained following the birth of her first child in 2011.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine, the star noted she was able to shed 55 pounds thanks to altering her eating habits significantly, the Daily Mail reports.
Pink said the diet is often vegan – as she sometimes goes without animal products – although she does occasionally consume chicken and fish.
The 32-year-old observed the new eating regime was necessary as she felt like “a mess” after giving birth last year, while an exercise workout that typically includes one-hour of cardio and an hour of yoga or strength training has also helped her get back into shape.

And it seems the celebrity – whose hits include: Just Like a Pill and Get the Party Started – is also looking to get her husband Carey Hart to join in with the new diet, as she rustled him up a special vegan meal for his 37th birthday, complete with tortellini and fava beans, dinosaur kale, red pearl onions and summer truffles.
