Before the Age of 45 Women have Been on 61 Diets

The average 45 year old British woman has been on 61 diets by the age of 45.
These diets can include cabbage soup, salad or low carbohydrate.
British women have attempted every slimming trick known.
However, unfortunately only a few of these diets have had the desired effect.
Dieting usually starts at the age of 16. So this equates to approximately two attempted diets per year.
A survey of 2,000 British men and women discovered that 75 per cent of them had embarked on a diet in the last year.
Women had attempted the widest range of diet plans to lose weight .
Other surveys have shown that many of us do not regard bread, potatoes and pasta as healthy and many of us are not aware that there is calcium in bread.
