The study of 1,000 adults, American and Australian researchers discovered that those who frequently have dairy products like milk, cheese and yoghurt fared better on tests of mental ability than those who rarely eat dairy.
Further research is needed to conclusively prove the connection between more dairy in diets and heightened brain power.
