Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh has shared the secrets of her latest detox diet on Twitter.
The make-up artist and fashionista is marrying London rapper Professor Green in the coming weeks and wants to get ready for the big day.
Although the 23-year-old already cuts a skinny figure, her diet plan is extremely regimented and would make even the most organised of people blush.
The first day of her meal scheme involved eating blueberry and walnut granola with soy yoghurt – followed by a late-morning snack of an avocado, spinach and pear smoothie.
She follows this with a lunch of chicory nests, guacamole, asparagus and mango salad and late afternoon snack of watercress and lemon hummus.
The day is rounded off with a Thai vegetable curry complete with a sprout and carrot salad.
Mackintosh told Yahoo!: “I’m just getting fit! I’ve never really pushed myself in the gym to get a really healthy body so it’s just about taking a different outlook.”
She credited the diet, which she has been doing for a few weeks, with clearing her mind and making her more focused.
