Gwyneth Paltrow says healthy diet kept her emotionally stable

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed a healthy diet made a significant difference to her emotional state and kept her marriage on track.
Speaking to Self Magazine, the actress said she used to have panic attacks due to the fact her body was unable to cope with a hectic working schedule and when flying, she would knock herself out with sleeping pills and wine.
After Paltrow’s doctors recommended she avoid all processed foods that contain dairy, sugar and gluten, the celebrity stated she began to feel “lighter” and her emotions became “smoother”.
However, the mother of two claimed she does not live by the diet all day every day and she only eats this way two or three times a year for three weeks at a time.
The movie star added: “Past that, I’m not willing to make the sacrifice. Life is about balance. It’s good to work in healthy food, whether it’s five days a week or five meals a week.”
Paltrow also told the news provider that to unwind, she drinks martinis with her girlfriends and watches TV shows like New Girl and Homeland.
