Choline is classified as part of the vitamin B group and is a naturally occurring fatty acid. This fatty acid helps to maintain cognitive abilities, keeps a person alert and able to concentrate on hard tasks.  It is vital for keeping the memory sharp and helps in the task of assimilating new information.

This fatty acid removes toxins from the liver as well as preventing the build up of fat in the liver.  In addition it also stops an accumulation of bad cholesterol in the blood.
