Emma adopts a portion control diet to maintain her shape. She does not like to stick to strict diets. She is careful. Although she loves crisps and Chinese food, she does not eat carbs at lunch time. She also makes sure that she snacks on fruit when she feels peckish between meals.

Emma returned to the gym to get back the shape she was in before getting pregnant. She claims dancing is the best tip for post-baby weight loss. Indeed she says it is the best way to lose weight per se.
She said she did not feel any pressure. The fact that she breastfed for four months helped with the weight loss. She did a bit of everything, eating less and going to the gym thrice a week.
Prior to her falling pregnant, she was doing Strictly Come Dancing. Hence, she was in fine fettle when her pregnancy started. She is renowned to love her curves and does not wish to be stick thin. She wanted to return to touring as soon as her son was born. However, she knew she would have to be really fit for that, fit enough to withstand a two-hour stage show each night. She is now unsure that she would like to go through that again.
