For 4 servings
- 200g (7oz) porridge oats (use millet flakes if sensitive to gluten)
- 2 tbsp (30ml) oat bran
- 60g (2oz) chopped dates
- 60g (2oz) raisins
- 60g (2oz) ground flaxseeds
- 60g (2oz) chopped dried apricots
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Serve with sesame, rice, or almond milk.
