Celeriac
Celeriac is the root of celery and looks almost potato like.
The high potassium content of celeriac is said to lessen the likelihood of strokes, especially for men.
Celeriac juice is used to treat constipation, asthma, fluid retention, fever, headache, insomnia, the lungs, kidneys, liver, as well as problems with nerves.
It is also said to aid digestion.
