Fish Oils are the most well liked source of Omega 3 fatty acids as they are rich in both EPA & DHA. Flaxseed or Linseed oil provide the essential Omega 3 fatty acid ALA. Sunflower Oil is the source of Omega 6 fatty acid Linolenic Acid & the Omega 9 fatty acids Oleic Acid.
