The natural Vitamin D3 on this product is identical form produced by the body when our skin is exposed to sunlight. As we age, our bodies produce this necessary nutrient less efficiently.

1000iu Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol naturally occurring from fish liver oil)
Plus: Gelatin, Safflower Oil, Vegetable Glycerin.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet one to two times day by day, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
